Principal Product Designer (with an AI twist)

To accelerate this journey, we are now looking for an experienced product designer, with a keen interest on AI, to join Siili. Principal designer is a senior role, consisting of both commercial aspects and hands-on design work.
For this hire, the responsibilities include shaping and commercialising our offering related to product design in the age of AI, proactive commercial activities (demand creation, pre-sales insight work, client pitches, proposals, etc.), and hands-on design work in customer assignments (typically in a lead role making sure we deliver on our promises and secure high-quality and customer satisfaction).
In this role you work alongside with Siili’s commercial team, other principals, and design area team leads, and report to Siili’s Head of Design.

• Strong experience and track record in digital product design (apps, sites, tools, etc…).
• Proactive mindset and attitude to your work.
• Vision and understanding on how AI can be used in digital products and services.
• Motivation to push the product design domain forward in the age of AI.
• Experience working in a lead role in design and software projects.
• Overall understanding on software design and delivery lifecycles.
• Commercial mindset and skills next to design craft.
• Good communications skill both written and verbally.
