THE ROLE & THE TEAM
We are looking for a Product Leader to guide a team of Product Managers, driving collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric value. Key responsibilities include leveraging customer insights, defining KPIs, and aligning with stakeholders for successful product execution and impact measurement!
WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- Product Leadership: Guide and develop a small team of talented Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous customer value delivery.
- Strategy & Vision: Develop a comprehensive product vision (2-3 year horizon) for your domain together with your business, tech and senior leadership stakeholders and align on a strategy to deliver against it.
- Execution & Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end development of features, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery across teams in your domain area. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritise, plan, and execute on the product roadmap.
- Customer Insights & Data: Routinely use Product Discovery techniques to uncover customer needs, validate them across your product’s lifecycle and be a role-model for customer centricity in your team .
- KPI Management & Data-Driven Decisions: Define and evolve a key performance indicator (KPI) framework for your area and continuously measure the impact of your product domain. Use this data to drive prioritisation decisions
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success as well as senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the product roadmap.
