REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of leading design in fintech or banking apps.
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure that the product follows mobile-first principles and that design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) are utilized effectively in the product’s evolution.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead user research to gather insights that inform design direction.
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to deliver high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to ensure product features support seamless user journeys, focusing on simplicity, security, and engagement.
  • Partner with the design team to maintain alignment between product requirements and the design system, guaranteeing consistency and scalability across the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design with product strategy.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
