KAYAK is looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the Apps, Customer Acquisition & Retention and AI teams, focusing specifically on our growth efforts! This role requires a strong executive presence, technical savviness, and extensive travel domain and product management expertise. You will drive innovation, efficiency, and market-driven strategies to solve critical business challenges and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Lead product execution for AI, Apps, & Customer Acquisition and Retention, aligning with the overall company vision and cross functional stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze A/B test and align them with business outcomes.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to inform product priorities and decisions.
  • Simplify complex problems and present clear, actionable solutions.
  • Execute in a fast-paced environment, pushing engineering teams for optimal performance.
  • Foster a high-impact team, ensuring excellence in PM frameworks, artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs) and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial teams to understand feedback and discuss trade-offs.
  • Act as an expert in data gathering (SQL), analysis (ANOVA), and experimentation (A/B) to make decisions and recommendations
  • Act as a storyteller, effectively communicating product vision and strategy across the company and to external stakeholders.
