Zalando’s eCommerce Platform Science (ZCPS) team is seeking to bring onboard a Principal Program Manager for a fixed term contract. The ZCPS team is an integral part of Zalando, that delivers core customer experiences that focus on Personalisation, Recommendations, Search, Browse, Analytics, and Research. The aim of this team is to deliver a seamless tailored customer experience for all Zalando fashion customers.

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Working closely with Product, Marketing, Markets, and Analytics teams, you will help deliver state-of-the-art experiences that revolutionise the discovery process for fashion. This is a pivotal role in the team to help us shift focus from the existing discovery experiences and embrace future looking directions through capability building, adoption, and experimentation.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING):

• Facilitate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to encourage open discussions and share best practices related to usage of discovery based capabilities.
• Improve a platform capability system focused on driving usage and adoption of capabilities and customer facing experiences across Zalando including preferred experimentation methodologies. Continuously analyse existing capabilities workflows and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Own and drive internal platform maintenance, engaging with multiple stakeholders to ensure usage is monitored and continuously enhanced.
• Foster best practice program methodologies across Zalando cross-functional teams.
