Our teams are working on building the next-generation industrial data platform and applications across many different industries, such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, and Power & Utility. This includes enabling all types of workflows, including analytics, to assist in making better decisions. We are a good mix of engineers, products, and design. What we have in common is that we care deeply about the user experience and create products that users really want to use.

WE BELIEVE MOST OF THESE SHOULD MATCH YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical (software) project management, digital transformation, or software consulting.
• Passion for driving change and creating customer success, with multiple stakeholders and partners involved.
• Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and setting ambitious, innovative goals.
• Proven ability to take initiative, build strong teams, and cultivate customer and partner relationships.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous working environment, yet be able to add structure to our deliveries.
• Familiarity with IoT, cloud solutions, or machine learning models is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - fluency in German and English are required.
• Ability to navigate stakeholder landscapes.
• Willingness to travel, if necessary.
