About the Role
- Lead and manage the development of the Metro South Health Research and Innovation Strategy and organisational planning processes to facilitate and enable plan delivery, including stakeholder engagement, monitoring processes and reporting as required.
- Ability to make independent decisions, demonstrate confidence in own expertise, and take initiative in managing responsibilities. Proficient at self-management, setting and achieving goals, and maintaining a high standard of work quality without the need for close oversight.
- Lead consultation and negotiation with stakeholders to identify solutions on how best to progress complex correspondence and other matters that require the coordination of high level, timely advice across the health service.
- Coordinate arrangements, formulate agendas and programs and undertake follow up for action items for high level meetings, visitations, workshops, forums, functions, and hospital wide events as required to develop and deliver the Metro South Health Research Strategy.
