We are searching for the best talent for Principal Quality Engineering Technician to be in Juarez, Independencia.
Purpose:
You will be responsible for:

As a Quality Systems – External Manufacturing Product Release Technician you will:

  • Be responsible to know and follow EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements of documents for product release.
  • Be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections (product), as needed.
  • Work with appropriate departments to ensure that calibration and maintenance are performed as required by applicable procedures, as needed.
  • Engage in other responsibilities as assigned, and all responsibilities may not be listed.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems for correction action, product segregation, non-conformity material control, and process improvement.
  • Product knowledge of tolerancing, component assembly operations, and small piece part assembly.
  • Working knowledge of GDP/ISO regulations and requirements.
  • Competency in MS Office applications and applicable EES systems (EtQ, Windchill, etc.)
  • Ability to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with EES associates form all levels and functions of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-4 years related experience in a highly regulated, quality-centric environment, preferably in a QA (Quality Assurance) / QC (Quality Control Environment).
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions.
  • Must have proven skill in inspection and review of documentation.
  • Must have knowledge of inspection sheets, change control systems, corrective action system, material specifications, routers, and basic understanding of purchasing processes.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% at peak times, domestic and international, assignments could require up to four weeks continuous travel.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred.
