Description:

What you will do

  • Be the first point of contact for assigned customers to address and facilitate support on quality related questions, complaints and issues
  • Maintain the key customer relationship with regular visits / meetings / reviews
  • Identify key customer scorecard criteria & pass to internal team for follow up.
  • Provide support for Quality Alerts issued and technical follow-up
  • Interact regularly with Sales, Application Teams and Internal stakeholders to maintain alignment on quality and reliability issues and build strong customer relationships
  • Address and support technical questions related Product/Process Change Notifications (PCNs)
  • Engage in Customer Quality Improvement Activities / programs together with the concerned BGs & sites
  • Interface for key Customer Special Request on Quality (contracts / agreement)
  • Responsible for entries and use of customer specific databases as agreed by Nexperia (agreed with Head of Customer Care)

What you will need

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a technical business environment
  • Knowledge of automotive and JEDEC quality standards and tools such as FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.
  • Knowledge for ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3, Quality systems & other QS tools
  • Knowledge of quality systems, failure analysis tools, flows, techniques and methodology (8D, 3x5Why, Ishikawa, risk assessment etc…)
  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Understanding of owned processes and proactivity to improve them
  • Fluent English (both written & verbal) & good German skills
  • Excellent communication, persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation capabilities with both internal & external customers
  • Flexible and self-organized
  • Ability to work in remote and cross functional team environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
