As the Security Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of products to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. In this role, you will implement and support the Entra ID products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications. You will also collaborate and coordinate with other technologists and support staff to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and service level agreements are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the IAM services showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency. The team you are joining partners with every team in the company to design, develop, implement, and support our identity experience, with a focus on security, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and related services.
- Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of the Microsoft 365 platforms; includes meeting all backup, recovery and legal hold requirements based on current in-house policies and procedures.
- Implement and manage user identities, licenses, and services in Microsoft 365.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions as part of our Identity and Access Management strategy to meet risk and compliance regulations while enabling employees and customers
- Contribute to team efforts related to EDR, SSO, Multifactor Authentication, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory integrations and Privileged Access management.
- Continuously evaluate current-state processes and implementations, identifying opportunities for further optimization, and acting upon those opportunities, where appropriate.
- Plan and execute data migration projects within and to the Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Online environments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online related issues.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to design appropriate identity and access management solutions to ensure seamless identity integration.
- Work on and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
