Description:
The roleThe Principal Service Agreement Officer is responsible for ensuring the adherence to high service quality standards and health and safety policies. This role involves coordinating preparatory work to support the Director in developing and maintaining service agreements, focusing on cost-effectiveness, care quality, and innovative service delivery. The officer will establish and maintain professional relationships with HHS and Department of Health managers, addressing critical issues and facilitating responses related to service agreements. Key duties include keeping the Director informed about service agreement progress, performance management, and amendment processes, as well as managing the development, maintenance, and performance monitoring of these agreements.
Specific responsibilities include participating in the creation and upkeep of service agreements and performance frameworks, contributing to KPI development, and analyzing data sources. The officer will act as a primary contact for service agreement issues, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and prepare high-standard briefs, reports, and correspondence. Additional tasks include minute-taking for performance meetings, recommending KPI improvements, and representing the Manager at relevant forums. Compliance with HR practices and fostering an outcomes-focused, continuous improvement environment are also crucial. Collaboration with unit members to achieve branch priorities and organizational goals is integral to this role.
