  This is an exciting opportunity for a Global, Enterprise platform business expanding their team in the UK. They have 16 offices globally with over 2.5 million customers on their software platforms.
  They are looking for Principal Engineers to join their team, helping in design and architecture challenges, resolving complexed software problems and architecture challenges and helping with code reviews.
  The company have multiple products and services and are tackling challenges around moving to the cloud and transitioning into microservices with Golang and Node.JS/Typescript.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• University degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 15+ years of commercial industry experience.
• Strong software development skills - they use Golang, TypeScript/Node.js and/or Perl, with occasional C++ where performance counts. Any software language experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working with high-performance, low-latency systems with 24/7 uptime.
• Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks such as React.js and/or Flutter.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
