OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Principal Sourcing Transformation and Analytics Leader to join our high-impact Supplier Performance Center of Excellence. In this critical role, you will drive efforts to revolutionize third-party sourcing operations and unlock new levels of value creation across our multi-billion dollar supplier ecosystem.
You will lead a matrixed team in the design and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions and lean process enhancements. These innovations will accelerate the sourcing lifecycle, mitigate maverick spend, and deliver an unparalleled user experience. Your mission is to challenge the status quo, break operational silos, and transform sourcing into a competitive differentiator that allows us to consistently deliver world-class outcomes.
We need an analytical and creative change agent who thrives when empowering high-performance teams to push boundaries. As part of your role, you will utilize design thinking, agile methodologies, and advanced analytics to transform our approach to engaging suppliers and driving internal operations. Success will be measured by improvements in cycle times, costs, user satisfaction, and bottom-line impact.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE (PREFERRED):

• Experience with continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma approaches and methodologies.
• Experience in key sourcing areas such as: Technology, Services, Marketing.
• Experience with automation tools or leading projects to automate processes.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools such as Python or SQL preferred.
• Experience building and deploying service catalogs in Coupa or Ariba.
