Description:

OVERVIEW

Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. We do this by using technology to solve our customers’ most important problems. We serve customers by finding more ways to put more money in their pockets, eliminating work and drudgery so they can focus on their lives and what matters to them, and ensuring that every financial decision that they make, they make it with confidence.
Our flagship products – QuickBooks, TurboTax, and Credit Karma – define the commitment to revolutionize the way people manage their personal finances, run small businesses and pay employees. Intuit has become a staple of American small business and personal finance, with a widespread and deep-rooted presence that’s second to none.
People who work for themselves fuel our economy. In the U.S., small businesses employ 60% of the workforce and create 80% of new jobs. Oftentimes the odds are stacked against them with 50% failing in the first 5 years. QuickBooks, a leader in accounting and bookkeeping solutions, is adapting to evolving customer demands and market trends.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will spearhead this transformation and identify growth opportunities for our services. Be part of a high-growth company with opportunities for career development and work in a collaborative and dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience; advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or a related field, ideally with experience in management consulting or large technology company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI trend analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, required and previous experience with data analysis tools like SQL and Tableau a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to develop clear and impactful reports and presentations for stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience influencing and building partnerships across all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of lean operations, Six Sigma, or similar operational improvement methodologies a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with ambiguity
