Responsibilities:

Represent Adobe Consulting as the Lead Architect advising the solution strategy, architecture and technical implementation for AEM engagements..
Coordinate with client teams and own the conversation to define use cases, goals, objectives and architecture to support the business needs.
Build system and application architectures to achieve defined digital experience and business needs.
Engage and promote recommendations to senior client leadership teams.
Work within a high technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the design and planning of solutions with AEM.
Effectively analyze complex project issues, devise optimal solutions, and facilitate the recommendations to the Clients and Partners.
Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
Contribute to Adobe’s AEM practices, collaboration channels and share valuable feedback for product improvement.
Provide technical leadership to team and mentor the technical focused team.
Occasional to regular business travel in style What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
Proven multi-year experience with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix.
Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, HTL, client/server-side scripting, Javascript, JQuery.
Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management.
CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.
Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React, Vue.js or Angular.
Forward-thinking in terms of knowledge of the latest web technologies trends. Consulting Skills
Excels in leading conversations with peer levels at customers and partners, including C-level audience.
Masters risk management and handle challenging engagement situations in a proactive way.
Be a role model teammate and support others.
Self-organized professional who prioritizes your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.
Ability to involve other specialists in order to ensure success.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in German and English, other European languages are a plus.
