Description:

KO WAI MĀTOU | ABOUT US

Public Trust is New Zealand’s largest trustee services organisation, providing specialist advice on a range of legal, financial, investment, trust, and estate management services to individuals, families, and businesses. As a purpose-driven, values-led organisation, we help people protect what matters most to them and their whanau. Whether it be planning how they want to pass on what matters most to them - their music collection, family heirlooms or KiwiSaver savings - or making sure their wishes are carried out after they’re gone, Public Trust is here to help.
We are a values-led organisation. Our values are: People are at the heart of everything we do | We make the tricky seem simple | We are better when we work together | We have the courage to make a difference

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Principal Trustee (Branch Manager) for our Timaru Customer Centre. This is one of our busiest Customer Centres, and you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Trustees and Senior Trustees. Your role will involve supporting and implementing changes in the business as well as executing our strategic plan at a local level.
Your responsibilities will include motivating and leading the team to achieve revenue growth, business development, and exceeding customer satisfaction. You will also work on implementing company-wide developments and initiatives such as our culture of care and new ways of working.
We are seeking an excellent communicator with proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team. You should have over 5 years of experience in managing and administering trusts and estates.
If you are seeking your next leadership role or are someone who wants to take the next step in your career at an organization dedicated to its people and customers, then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
