Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Take ownership and accountability for leading the engagement within the client ensuring it tracks to time and budget with minimal issues.
  • Subject Matter expertise in delivering the engagement within Assessment & Succession
  • Demonstrate the ability and creativity to undertake some of the solution design work when needed. Proactive to explore previous case studies and network internally with other Engagement Leads / Partners.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders of all levels. Must be able to build rapport and be credible in front of the client. Able to influence upwards if faced with challenging situations
  • Effective and meaningful communication with Senior Client Partners and Stakeholders both in terms of consulting skills and ability to manage clients expectations & demands whilst delivering solutions.
  • Programme management skills – able to demonstrate competence to manage large & complex programs of work in a structured, diligent, and planned manner.
  • Able to matrix manage a team – including project managers, project coordinators, consultants, coaches and in some cases Partners. Clearly defining roles and responsibilities within the team.

  • Track record of leading large engagements and growing/expanding relationships with clients in fast paced, complex environments.
  • An empathetic, naturally curious, digitally minded, and client-focused individual with unwavering ethics and integrity.
  • An exceptional motivational communicator both one-on-one with clients and within a dynamic team environment.
  • An inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and across an organization.
  • A well-developed results-oriented philosophy and work ethic; the ability to “get things done”.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to recommend improvements on existing programs and contribute to the design and methodology of emerging projects.
  • Be a self-starter who enjoys problem solving an is able to find a solution through being innovative and resourceful.
  • Flexible, responsive, and ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment.
  • Able to effectively thrive, quickly adapt to change, and navigate within a matrixed corporate environment.
  • Experience working with proprietary customer-relations management systems (or something similar); Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
