QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Design.
- Over 13 years of experience working on European projects.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills (team player, supportive, eager to learn).
- Willingness to work abroad for certain periods, if required.
- Expertise in Civil 3D & Navisworks.
- Experience in 2D/3D design of technical plans for residential or industrial areas.
- Knowledge of urban design standards in the Netherlands and other European countries.

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Overall verification and sign-off of milestone delivery of projects/tasks, liaising with the region if needed.
- Ensure project/task delivery meets quality, time, and budget objectives as per management systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on technical matters and strategy development.
- Develop and implement digital solutions for urban development projects.
- Interact with BIM and design automation leads to support digital tool development.
- Work closely with the GEC Quality Manager to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead GEC service teams, driving standardization, automation, and best practices.
- Promote capability development within the GEC service group and foster technical skill enhancement.
