Responsibilities:
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Demonstrate ability to manage a diverse range of value communication projects (including global value dossiers, AMCP and HTA dossiers, Value narratives, Payer Value decks, Objection Handlers) and provide strategic oversight for all client-facing activities.
- Lead all aspects of the value communications portfolio of work including consultations with clients, key strategic/alignment meetings, and regular internal meetings to provide support to Scientific Directors, Consultants, medical writers as appropriate - consistently meet or exceed agreed upon milestones and deadlines.
- Demonstrate up-to-date expert knowledge of the therapeutic area(s), client and competitor product(s), the market, the compliance/regulatory environment (general and client-specific).
- Support the development and growth of team to be content experts on the product, disease state and therapeutic category.
- Be responsible for generating annual individual sales in the range of $1M - $1.5M by establishing or maintaining ongoing client relationships to drive net new business opportunities - and participating in pitch presentations.
- Lead development of proposal resulting in a winning of bid/execution of project - drafting of needs assessments and project proposals to a high standard, with responsibility for project budget, deliverables, timelines and identification of scope expansion.
- Grow the existing client base and identify new clients/opportunities to meet revenue targets on an annual basis.
- Focus on high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for follow on work.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on thought leadership initiatives to enhance firm awareness in the marketplace.
- Work with the rest of the senior leadership to realise strategic vision for the Value & Access business unit.
- Embrace and cultivate positive team dynamics and continue the development of the overall culture in alignment with the Envision vision and mission.
