Description:

We’re seeking to enhance our Customer Success Leadership Team with a Principal Cloud Solution Architect role, aimed at navigating the transformative landscape of AI for our enterprise customer and partner.
As a Principal Cloud Solution Architect, you will act as the CTO Customer Success, leading and inspiring Microsoft customers with your vision and expertise on digital transformation. You will showcase your technical leadership and knowledge on the strategy of Microsoft’s Azure cloud solutions and across different Copilots and AI stacks. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end consumption strategy and quality assurance for the largest and most complex Azure cloud engagements, helping customers to achieve their business and technical goals by maximizing their technology investments.
You will collaborate with a diverse range of customers from different industries. You will work with experts who are leading the way in designing scalable and resilient cloud architectures and you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, co-creating their AI journey that includes 1st and 3rd party solutions on Azure. You will engage in cross-solution Azure opportunities and drive them to initial deployment, while ensuring a smooth transition to a long-term CSU setup.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Several years of experience within specific technology domain areas like software development, cloud computing or systems engineering. Cross-solution architecture experience across infrastructure, networking, data, security, applications including OSS technologies.
  • Several years of experience within industry or consulting roles developing business and technology strategies in S500 customers or leading consulting firms
  • Profound experience in developing technology solutions and evangelizing end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformation toward cloud computing and AI.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation, large scale automation and workflow management, database design and implementation and articulating business value from technical solutions towards CxO levels.
  • Profound experience in architecting, migrating or transforming customer requirements to Azure.
  • Proficient in communication and public speaking. Capable of grasping business priorities for impactful C-level conversations. Possesses a constructive challenging approach with a vision to motivate. Collaborative with a growth mindset, creates alignment and joint vision. Skilled in fostering robust internal and customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Customer Centricity

  • Acts as a CTO-level technical leader who drives technical leadership and executive engagement. Acts as a technical spokesperson across internal and external communities
  • Aligned by largest and most complex engagements, driving consumption of Solutions and Unified. Provides end-to-end consumption acceleration for the largest and most complex digital transformation opportunities
  • Acting as a senior technical architect role spanning across all Azure Solution Areas and different Copilots helping customers succeed.
  • Accountable for driving proactive services after the end-to-end design of solutions by enabling CSAs and CSAMs to provide quality assurance of architecture solutions by providing the appropriate VBDs and customized workshops as well as unified program proposals.
  • Ensure that customer solutions exhibit in performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability upon deployment.

Business Impact

  • Contribute to AI designs, x-solution architectures and revenue goals. Land customer-committed workloads in production and support solution deployments through enhanced solution enablement packages. While ensuring that customers get the targeted value from their Microsoft investments.
  • Drive customer/partner relationships to anticipate, identify, escalate, and work to resolve technical blockers to accelerate consumption and solution implementations across Solution Areas.
  • Coordinate Microsoft Cloud Solution Architects and Customer Success Manager to ensure that customers can leverage deep subject matter expertise across all technological areas.
