We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Norfolk & Waveney Children and Young People’s Health Services team.
As a Clinical Psychologist in the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and our clinical single point of access Just One Number you will provide clinical leadership for the Healthy Child Service all age emotional wellbeing and developing and implementing a Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) pathway within the Just One Number Mental Health Access team 0-25 years.

You will be instrumental in offering psychological advice and guidance and leading clinical supervision including supporting with training and development of the skill mix staff groups and be pivotal in-service improvements alongside the clinical and operational leadership team.
The role will have two key elements: provide clinical leadership for the Healthy Child Service (HCS) Emotional wellbeing elements 0-25 years and developing and implementing a Clinical Associate Psychologist (CAP) pathway within the Just One Number Mental Health Access team 0-25 years.
1. Leading the Healthy Child Service development for all emotional wellbeing elements 0-25 years, overseeing activity that seeks to develop and enhance this aspect of service provision, collaborating closely with partner agencies.
2. To oversee, monitor and lead on CAPs day to day work and progression in the workplace. This will include oversight of any triage or Single Session Interventions.
3. Representing the HCS in the system wide perinatal mental health pathway and to support and provide transformational leadership across the Healthy Child Service. Acting as an agent for change and pioneering the changes that need to happen in order to improve service delivery and outcomes for children and young people with psychologist oversight.
