Description:

WE ARE RECRUITING A PRINCIPAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER AT CAERPHILLY COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL.

Working hours: 37 Hours (7.24 Monday – Friday)
Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time
Location: Ty Penallta
This is an exciting opportunity to join Team Caerphilly and provide support across the wider Facilities Maintenance Team.

Responsibilities:

  • A Relevant Level 6 (Degree) qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
  • A sound understanding and appreciation of Compliance, Health and Safety and financial management.
  • Experience in managing risks associated with statutory compliance and safety of property assets with specific emphasis on fire safety, water hygiene and asbestos.
