Description:
We are looking for a Consultant to join our team for a Non-Profit Client in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves conducting an internal review and audit within the organization, analyzing situations, and providing effective solutions. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct an internal audit within the organization
- Analyze data, conduct department reviews, and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with department executives effectively
- Utilize Workday software to access and manage necessary data
- Deliver detailed audit reports to the management team
- Proficiency in Workday software ideal, but not required
- Knowledge and experience in Internal Audit
- Proven Project Management skills are essential
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various departments
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Must have a solution-oriented mindset and can work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
