ROLE DESCRIPTION

They are seeking a Principle Data Architect to play an integral role in their next stage of growth. Reporting to one of our client’s Practice Directors, you will use your interest in technology to translate customers’ business strategy into target-state architecture. You will work as part of a team to design and build innovate solutions, leading on the implementation and providing technical delivery capability.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver workshops pitching the future of MS and Informatica solutions to our customers.
  • Design and develop customer solutions based on MS and Informatica IDMC for data integration, application integration, data quality, data governance and master data management
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops, and scoping and design sessions with customers
  • Work with the Practice Director to build a pipeline of projects and with Sales and Marketing to build offerings and supporting collateral
  • Work with subject matter experts within customer organisations to understand and translate business processes into technical requirements and design documents
  • Provide guidance and lead on technology roadmaps, principles, standards, and best practices
  • Demonstrate strong and broad technical leadership to other members of the consultancy teams
  • Document complex solution architectures from concept through to deployment and customer handover
  • Provide thought leadership on data processes and technologies, showing how these could improve customer solutions and internal processes
  • Identify key functional risks and issues throughout projects, helping to devise mitigation plans with the team
  • Deliver proactive guidance to the development teams for continuous process improvement and process adherence
  • Capability to lead and manage a team of consultants to create innovative and efficient solutions for our customers whilst upholding our pledge to provide support and development to our people
