As a Print Process Technician at Materials Solutions, you’ll be at the forefront of our additive manufacturing operations. Working in Worcester, your role will be critical in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams, helping to develop new products and refine existing processes. Your day will involve preparing laser powder bed fusion machines, supporting AM technicians, and maintaining the high standards of health and safety we uphold. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement will be key to your success in this role.

• Prepare laser powder bed fusion machines for production as per the weekly schedule.
• Provide production support to AM technicians, ensuring consistent workflow and product quality.
• Maintain best working practices outlined in SOPs and adhere to site health and safety regulations.
• Perform 5S and total preventative maintenance of equipment.
