JOB SUMMARY

The ideal candidate is responsible for the establishment of new accounts and maintenance of the existing ones by keeping in touch with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied. The person must be agile in increasing turnover, reorder and generate new order so as to increase the revenue of the company.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of working experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Grow customer base by actively prospecting and building relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Provide advice on technical phases, such as type and size of paper and cards, binding requirements and various print production methods based on customers’ needs.
• Communicate customers’ requirements to the production team and ensure that customers specifications are met.
• Provide timely communication with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders.
• Inspect print proofs prior to customers inspection and sign-off for production.
• Maintain and support existing accounts and ensure all levels of services/products’ quality meet customers’ expectations.
• Keep up to date with products, their features, benefits and cost.
