First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, customer-focused Private Banking Service Consultant to join our Private Banking Team at the Main Branch in Downtown Honolulu. As a Private Banking Service Consultant, you will work closely with the Private Banking Officers to provide exceptional customer service, sales, and operational assistance for high-net-worth clients. You will assist with general administrative support and overall coordination and maintenance of banking relationships to these customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Private Banking Service Consultant I
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Minimum 1 year in operations, customer service, and sales experience in banking.
• Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
• Private Banking Service Consultant II
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years’ combined operations, customer service, customer loans, and sales experience in banking.
• Personal Alignment with our Core values of Collaboration, Character, and Caring.
• Private Banking Service Consultant III
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in combined operations, customer service, consumer loan and sales experience.
• 2 years’ loan documentation experience required.
