THE ROLE

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Private Client department. Based in Shrewsbury, you’ll work closely with the department’s leadership to drive growth, deliver strategic goals, and provide exceptional service to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing Private Client matters with precision and professionalism.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Achieving and exceeding billing targets.
• Maintaining compliance with the firm’s policies, including Lexcel standards.
• Identifying and pursuing fee-earning and business development opportunities.
• Keeping abreast of changes in law and practice to ensure top-tier legal advice.
• Contributing to the department’s marketing and growth initiatives.
