Responsibilities:
- Manage various private client matters such as Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
- Offer expert legal advice, ensuring effective representation of client interests.
- Handle file management from consultation to resolution with accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on laws related to private client services through legal research.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
- Proven track record in handling Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
- Ability to work independently with supervision, showing initiative and sound judgment.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organized with attention to detail, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective networking skills to grow the private client department.
