Job Description
Connells Survey & Valuation Ltd is a Chartered Surveying and panel management company and we are on the look out for a Private Client Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of private client sales advisors.
Our business is to provide mortgage valuation and survey reports on residential properties in the United Kingdom to private clients and to our lender clients, the banks and building societies, who provide the public with mortgages.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and manage employee development through regular 1-2-1’s.
- Through effective leadership and communication inspire their team, creating a clear inclusive vision, building confidence, and gaining trust and commitment.
- Be an active participant and contribute fully as a member of the Central Operations leadership team to manage change and create and implement new initiatives to increase revenue and quality of reporting, facilitating the growth and success of the business.
- Proactively work with each member within the team to support and develop them to be ‘the best that they can be’.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to analyse and provide feedback on referral sources identifying areas for improvement such as the quality of leads received.
- Drive and manage performance of all members of the team to maximise sales and productivity, improve the % of converted leads, set transparent, stretching, but achievable targets.
- Ensure all team administration tasks are carried out with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Skills And Experience Required
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, able to lead a team.
- Previous Sales Management experience is essential, including people management.
- Previous contact center experience in a supervisory role.
- Passionate about property or willing to learn.
Salary is negotiable your package will be made up of a basic salary and a commission structure.
