• 3-6 years PAE in wills, estates and succession planning;
• a genuine interest in practicing in private clients sector;
• clear and concise legal drafting skills;
• the ability to work autonomously under the supervision of more senior members of the team; and
• outstanding attention to detail.

• personal and business succession planning;
• wills and estate administration (including probate and letters of administration);
• trusts, entity establishment, and restructuring of assets and complex structures;
• estate litigation;
• advising on superannuation and taxation;
