Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:

• Prepare mise-en-place in accordance with levels set and to the standards set.
• Meet and greet all guests in a professional manner
• Deliver and serve drinks and food according to the Merrion standards
• Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with grooming standards
• ensure all glassware/ crockery are polished and ready for mise-en-place
