Description:
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in multiple private equity transactions, with expertise in drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
- Excellent technical and drafting skills.
- Market knowledge of typical terms and structures in private equity deals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Resilience under pressure, maintaining calm and focus during demanding situations.
- Preferred: Previous experience working in the London office of an international law firm, Magic Circle or US International “Big Law” firm.
