Description:
Our client is one of the largest private alternative managers and they are currently looking to hire a Private Equity Senior Associate/ Associate. You will be reporting to the Managing Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong academic qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting or related field.
- At least 3 years of investment experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Experienced in investments within APAC region.
- Experienced in merger & acquisition, corporate finance, or related functions.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities within APAC.
- Prepare/ conduct financial modelling, pitch decks/ presentations for potential investments.
- Support deal transactions such as investment memorandum, market research, competitive analysis and liaising with stakeholders for due diligence process.
- Involve in monitoring the performance of portfolio companies, producing quarterly reports on portfolio companies for internal updating.
