Responsibilities:
Support the decision-making process by providing reliable business information and presenting varied real estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and Business environment
Challenge the business activities with the purpose of achieving better results for the company through the implementation of efficiency and cost-cutting initiatives
Prepare project feasibility studies
Support in the coordination of business projects
Perform benchmark and efficiency analysis
Skills:
Degree in Economics or Business Management
At least 2 years of experience in the areas of consulting or controlling
Fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication and presentation skills
Critical thinking, problem solving and intellectual curiosit
