ABOUT US:

We are launching a dynamic and innovative commercial enterprise looking to establish a premium private flight charter service catering to recreational holiday seekers traveling to outlying islands across Asia. Based in Singapore, our mission is to provide seamless, luxurious, and exclusive travel experiences to discerning clients. We are seeking an experienced Aviation Executive to lead the setup and operations of this exciting venture.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Private Flight Charter (Aviation) Executive, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a private flight charter business focused on serving recreational holiday seekers traveling to outlying islands in Asia. You will leverage your expertise in aviation, business development, and operations to create a world-class service that meets the needs of high-net-worth individuals and luxury travelers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in setting up and managing a private flight charter business or similar aviation venture.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements in Asia.
• Experience in business development, sales, and marketing within the luxury travel or aviation industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Based in Singapore or willing to relocate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Existing network of contacts in the aviation and luxury travel industries.
• Experience working with outlying island destinations in Asia.
• Familiarity with recreational travel trends and preferences.

• BUSINESS SETUP:Lead the establishment of a private flight charter business, including regulatory compliance, licensing, and certification.Identify and secure partnerships with aircraft operators, maintenance providers, and other key stakeholders.Develop a comprehensive business plan, including financial projections, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
• OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT:Oversee day-to-day operations, including flight scheduling, crew management, and customer service.Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards, local regulations, and international aviation laws.Implement efficient processes for booking, ticketing, and client management.
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:Identify and target key markets for recreational holiday seekers, including high-net-worth individuals, luxury travel agencies, and corporate clients.Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other partners to drive bookings.Develop marketing strategies to promote the charter service, including digital campaigns, partnerships, and events.
• CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:Design and deliver a premium customer experience, from booking to post-flight follow-up.Tailor services to meet the unique needs of clients, including personalized itineraries and luxury amenities.Address client feedback and continuously improve service quality.
• FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability.Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, and service providers to optimize costs.Prepare regular financial reports and performance analyses for senior management.
