Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Private Label Development Manager to join our well-established and experienced Marketing team based at our Oldbury site. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR PRIVATE LABEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL INCLUDE:

• Valid full UK driving licence.
• Full product-lifecycle experience from idea creation through to successful commercialisation
• Ideally degree educated but not essential
• Must be able to operate successfully in face-to-face situations
• Worked in a similar position or role that incorporates product development
• General product marketing background

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Private Label Development Manager to join the growing, fast-paced Marketing team in Oldbury.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRIVATE LABEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL INCLUDE:

• Ability to analyse product sales data and recommend opportunities for private label sales growth
• Work with product managers and manufacturing partners to develop commercially viable private label product portfolios
• Work with internal creatives and external agencies on developing private label visual identities, sales materials, and other supporting collateral
• Work with other members of the marketing department and sales teams to ensure commercial activation of private label product portfolios
