We are looking for a highly motivated, self-sufficient and resilient candidate to undertake this vital role with the Housing, Revenues and Benefits Division.
We have recently undertaken a review of how we can access the private rented sector to meet increased housing need and as such this role is critical to the overall success.
The post holder will be responsible for developing relationships within the private rented sector and ultimately responsible for increasing the supply of private rented properties to help prevent and relieve homelessness. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with drive and the ability to build relationships externally.
You will possess a good knowledge of the local area and housing market and have a wider awareness of both local and national factors affecting housing overall. You will possess strong networking and influencing skills along with the ability to work effectively across teams and external organisations.
