• Undertaking routine planned and reactive inspections and visits to enforce relevant housing legislation
• Preparing all statutory enforcement notices, legal documents and other correspondence
• Investigating, assessing and then instigating enforcement action for failure to comply with statutory notices or otherwise
• Assisting in the preparation of legal bundles including inspections, reports, evidence gathering, interviews, witness statements
• Representing the authority at courts, tribunals and enquiries
