What will your typical day look like?
As a Senior Analyst, you will have the work on complex domestic and international tax transactions. You will assist the Partners with support from the directors and managers, with the day-to-day income tax affairs of a broad range of clients. Expect every day to be different – assist a client with their complex income tax compliance on one day and work on complex tax advice on another. This specialist opportunity in our Private Tax team utilises our global tax network and serves our firms largest and most complex clients. You will focus on delivering high quality, value adding work to some of Australia’s most iconic privately owned businesses and family offices.
You will have many opportunities to advise on complex projects and assignments and managing the ongoing tax needs for businesses. You will advise some of Australia’s largest privately owned businesses and family offices on a wide range of income tax matters, including (non-exhaustive): structuring and restructuring for tax efficiency, improved asset protection and effective estate/succession plans; tax controversary and governance; complex transactions; and cross-border transactions, including Australian inbound investment and outbound investments across Asia, Europe and the Americas.

Our Private Tax team is focused on providing expert tax advice and services to some of the region’s largest and most highly regarded businesses. Working on corporate and international tax transactions, M&A and restructures you will be exposed to the day to day tax affairs of some of Australia’s most complicated entities.
