REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of human resources coordination or administration preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment processes
  • Healthcare recruitment of clinical positions preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
