Precision Imaging Centers is expanding in Northeast Florida and looking for an experienced Front Desk Associate to join our Gate Parkway team on a PRN or part-time weekend basis. We offer a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be one of the first points of contact for patients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience. You’ll handle front desk duties, assist with patient registration, and work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Availability for weekend shifts, with some flexibility for additional hours if needed.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive, comfortable experience from start to finish.
- Register patients, verify insurance, and update personal information accurately.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally, ensuring patient and provider needs are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
