We represent many of the industry’s most prestigious pro audio brands, including Harman (JBL, Soundcraft, BSS, Crown, DBX and AKG), Allen & Heath, Q-Sys, QSC and more.
We ‘re looking for a passionate Music Technology graduate to join our team, ready to learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry and apply that learning on the job. You’ll be trained up to the highest level in multiple technical disciplines, ultimately then training other audio professionals in Africa and Eastern Europe, as well as internally, overseeing our full training and certification of Q-Sys system integrators and other platforms. You’ll be aiming to gain the trust and admiration of our prestigious family of pro audio brands, jumping in headfirst to support their customers out in the market.
This is both a technical and, ultimately, commercial/relational hands-on role with significant opportunities for development and growth.

Your attitude, rapport and technical aptitude are key for this role. The non-negotiables are:

  • Graduate (minimum 2:1) in a relevant Pro Audio/AVIT related BSc degree
  • Demonstrable passion for modern audio and networking technology.
  • Capable and hungry to travel.
  • Gritty and relentless yet considered and calm.
  • Driven self-starter, capable of working in isolation and setting/exceeding ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core areas of responsibility within the role are:

  • Management of all technical enquiries from our international reseller/integration partners.
  • Deliver certified training of all the latest tech, including a variety of DSP-based platforms.
  • Assist in the design of small boardroom solutions and mid-sized fixed installation projects.
  • Contribute to overall design observations and providing onsite support for larger projects.
  • Help to recruit, measure, and co-ordinate the development of the best local AVIT integrators.
  • Support the wider team in all their IT and Audio needs.
  • Maintenance, development, and communication of our growing projects pipeline.
