Description:
The Role
- Plan and coordinate Public Relation programme for the project • Handle enquiries and feedback pertaining to the project and work closely with the relevant parties, such as residents, consultants, authorities, etc. • Take proactive measures to mitigate complaints arising from the construction activities • Ensure site employment complies with statutory regulations and company policies • Deal with requests and complaints from the public • Overall in-charge and responsible for the internal and external publication and communication issue • Work closely with all contractors and taking proactive measures to mitigate all complaints arising from the construction activities • File and maintain up-to-date file records to enable quick retrieval • Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc jobs if required • Tasheel & GDRFA online. • NOC Trakhees, Nakheel, Municipality, RTA, Dubai Development Authority, Customs. • Maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Prepare Offer letter for New Employee Hiring, Apply for Quota in MOL, Apply for New Visa in MOL (Tasheel, Twasool and Tawjeeh), New Medical Insurance and eDNRD, GDRFA online by self, Emirates ID & Medical, Opening Bank Account & Keep Passport Secure. • Renew Visa, Emirates ID, Medical, Insurance, MOL (Tas’heel and Taw’jeeh) and GDRFA. • Cancel Visa, Clear Employee Settlement with Accounts leaving the company and arrange Ticket for Cancelled, Annual leave and New Employee. • Keep record in the System as Excel Sheet to Monitoring, Passport Renewal, Visa Renewal, Vehicle Expiration, Company Licensing Expiration, Insurance Policy & Tenancy Contract & Ejari DUE DATE. • RTA-Registration New Car, Renewal and Cancelled. • Attestation of Certificate, License and Other Documents, Ministry of foreign affair and Embassy. • Company Licensing Work, Trade License, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Municipality D.M, MOHRE, Dubai Economic Development DED, P.O.Box Monitoring, DEWA and Dubai civil defense . • Carry out all the activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as processing of a variety of legal documents in timely manner.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Construction Company • 3-5 years of experience in the UAE in handling Public Relations Task with strong communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and ability for maintaining positive relationships and requires a proactive individual. • 8hours/Day, 6days/Week, Sunday off
