PROBATE EXECUTIVE
Location: Bournemouth
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Probate Executive on behalf of a well-established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in probate administration to join a friendly and busy Private Client department.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the administration of estates, working directly with partners and engaging with clients to deliver a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of estates, including the preparation and submission of IHT400 returns and applications to the Probate Registry.
- Providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication to clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance using a modern case management system.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service delivery within the department.
About You:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a probate administration role within a Private Client department.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with modern case management systems is an advantage, but adaptability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
- Attributes: Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
