Starting Pay Range: $20 - $25/HR
Under the general supervision of the Chief Judge, Court Clerk and Presiding Judge, perform supervision of adults placed on probation by the Oneida Indian Nation Court on a part-time/as-needed basis. Work involves regularly meeting with probationers to ensure compliance with terms of probation and maintaining records of probationers’ activities and status. Responsible for determining level of supervision necessary for individual probationers, providing support, referring clients to probation assistance programs, and conferring with the Oneida Indian Nation Prosecutor, Police Department and court personnel in matters pertaining to violation of probation by clients.
