JOB SUMMARY
SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
On call rotating nights, weekends and holidays
As a Procedural Registered Nurse, you will work as a licensed professional and use the nursing practice model to oversee patient care by the healthcare team. Your responsibilities will involve assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses for health issues, and developing personalized care plans. You will also assess patient responses regularly. Your contributions will help patients navigate healthcare safely by understanding their needs and the healthcare system. This will prevent complications and delays. Delegating tasks to other staff will be based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.

- As a Procedural Registered Nurse, your main focus is to use careful clinical judgement. You’ll assess patients and prioritize their needs. You’ll also create and adjust care plans for better results.
