The Specialty Scheduling Coordinator schedules office and hospital services for patients including scheduling appointments with external providers or ancillary departments to ensure coordinated care for patients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 years working experience in a medical clinic, office setting or administrative setting
• Extensive and excellent customer service experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Epic or other EMR
• Specialty clinic experience
