The Process Analyst Associate will assist with process improvement initiatives and projects to deliver results in the area of continuous improvement. This position exists to identify business process re-engineering opportunities to drive efficiencies and reduce cost.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist with mapping current processes to recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate low complexity business needs and assist in the development of process improvements.
- Conduct fact gathering through mapping and workshops and employ quantitative and qualitative data analysis to document process re-engineering efforts.
- Conduct studies of operations and workflow processes utilizing interviews, site observations, and job shadowing techniques to map current processes.
- Focus on improving productivity or work methods reducing costs and improving risk management and control through value stream mapping and Business Process Automation.
- Support delivery and execution of end to end process transformation, focused on eliminating customer abrasion, reducing waste and identifying cost savings opportunities within strategic projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of processes.
- Collaborate with business unit to ensure workflow processes are defined and documented accurately.
- Work with project participants and leadership to ensure processes consistency across the enterprise.
- Simulate scenarios and use optimization techniques to help business unit identify and solve process challenges.
- Partner with other analysts for enterprise-wide change management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adoption of process improvements.
- Work with key members of the business unit to drive adoption of required processes.
- Assist with developing training courses as needed including measurement, analysis improvement and control. Survey best practices for automate and streamline techniques and processes.
- Identify inconsistencies and problems and bring to the attention of leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university required with major or emphasis in Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- No experience required, but Internship experience is a plus. Insurance industry experience is a plus.
