THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Expert Process Analyst to join our Banking Transformation team. In this role, you will ensure the operational efficiency of business processes, delivering an exceptional experience for customers and employees while minimizing operational risks and optimizing costs. You will be at the forefront of enhancing end-to-end processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary squads to create impactful and sustainable improvements.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Strong technical writing skills with expertise in process modelling techniques and methods.
  • Hands-on experience with process modelling tools such as Visio and Aris for creating flowcharts and visual process documentation.
  • Proficient in Lean Management principles for process optimization.
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in performance analysis to identify and implement improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of business organization, operations, and IT relationships.
  • Skilled in applying a customer journey approach to align processes with customer expectations and experiences.
